Daily for Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday
Feeling - Up and down and throw out in loops.
Physical Activity -
Tuesday - Nice long walk to and from pottery class on Tuesday night.
Wednesday - Most of Week 4, session 2 - I ran 4x 2 minute run, 2 minute walk. My stomach was cramping at the end, so I abandon the last set. (It was suppose to be 5x 2 min run, 2 min walk.) I walk around long time after that though.
Thursday - I did Week 3, session 2 - It's a make up session, since I missed it last week, and I kinda botched the run from yesterday. I ran 6x 2 minute run, 2 minute walk. I felt quite good for the most part, much better than Wednesday's session. It was cold out.
Nutrition - Nothing to write exciting to write about. I am eating more fruits though, so that's good.

Sun Run Daily x 2
Daily for Sunday and Monday
Feeling - Things are getting better. Sunday - I did the work out; I had fun. That night, I finally managed to get in touch with a friend. That made me feel good. Monday - I started to get back into job searching. I got to hangout in the evening which is loads of fun. But things was a tad bumpy at night. Last night's news about the Canadian Anthem bothered me last night. I was extra aggravated because I was trying to work on a job application at the same moment. I eventually abandoned the application. :(
Physical activities -
Sunday - Session 1 of week 4, 6 x 3 minute run, 2 minute walk
Monday - Long walk around town
Nutrition -
Sunday - Piece of Bread for Breakfast, very cream soup with lots of veggies and pasta for lunch, Fish Broth, beef and boccoli, and rice for Dinner
Monday - Beef and Veggie, Chives Omelete, and rice for lunch, leftover pasta from Sunday Lunch for Dinner, A gyro for another quick dinner, a frozen yogurt for after dinner snack

Sun Run Daily x 2
Daily for Friday and Saturday
Feeling - Throwing a bit of a pity party for myself - Feel free to turn away.
Physical Activity - Friday, I didn't do much. Saturday, I took a light walk around town for 2 hours.
Nutrition -
Friday -
Brunch - Had some Southeast Asian food with my mom - Curry, rice, and some stir-fried rice noodle.
Dinner - Some leftovers

Congees, Vegetarian tofu dish, cream puffs, almond cookies

p.s. - Maybe it's just a shitty time - But I'm having a hard time thinking positive. (Thinking Positive: one of the important and noble goals in joining the Sun Run InTraining Clinic.) Job front sucks and social front sucks worse... I can't get a hold of my friends. And the more I try to make contact - the more of a pest I feel like. I want to call them out and ask - what's going on. But I worry that it would make me even more pest like. And in trying to make new friends - I should be me but I feel like I'm not attractive enough. I go with the flow and I feel like I'm stepping on people's toes or something. So whatever. Hopefully, I will draw in a more positive energy tomorrow.

Sun Run Daily
Feeling - Same as yesterday
Physical activity of the day - I did session 3 today (I'm flipping session 2 and 3) - it went ok - my knee was sore - Should have done more stretching and warm up... :S
Nutrition - I woke up at 11am but the time I ate, it's noon already
Lunch - Pan-seared salmon, Pork hock, baby bak choi, rice
Dinner - Nepa lettuce, rest of the pork hock, rice
What I did today -
I finished the web application for government jobs
Tomorrow -
Write a few CV/ CL
Edit the workopolis CV

Weight - 198lbs
Feeling - Like a Car stalled - No job makes Daniel a bit bummed out
Physical activity of the day - I worked out - 30 min on the elliptical, then some jack knife crunches.
Nutrition - No breakfast... Mark will not be impressed, but what he doesn't read can't led him to lecture me....
Lunch - Rice in soup
Dinner - More rice in soup, grilled mackarel, potato, shrimp omelet.

Feeling - Good, but pensive late at night

Sun Run Daily
Feeling - CHARGE!!!!!!!
Physical Activity of the day - Session 1 of week 3 - I did the session on treadmill to make up for not going to clinic on Sunday - Warm Up, 7x 3 min run, 2 min walk, cool down - I was out of breath - It hurt so bad after the first 3 min run - I was ready to quit - but I made it through ALL THE WAY. I did well :D. - I'm not sore afterwards - but really the breathing and feeling like I'm carrying a tire around me running - that's going to be a big barrier to contend in the upcoming weeks.
Nutrition -
Lunch - Omelet with bacon, kid-bits.
Afternoon Snack - Red beat sweet soup and a slice of baguette
Dinner - Tempura Don and some chicken karaage
Snack - I'm a sinner - Nuggets and some fries
Review for today -
I send an application - I hope I get it.
Goal for tomorrow - N/A
